Sarah will take us through the three pillars of establishing clear communication and consistent expectation setting. Attendees will also learn how to recognize and navigate crucial conversations, cut errors and rework, and delight clients.

About Sarah Porter

Sarah Porter is the principal and owner of Porterhouse Marketing. She has a keen ability to analyze multiple sets of information and data inputs in order to develop a clear strategy that takes her client’s marketing efforts to a new level. Sarah devices marketing plans and implements tactics that will achieve client goals efficiently while improving brand presence and positioning.

Sarah brings almost 15 years of production, traditional and digital marketing experience to her clients. Prior to founding Porterhouse, Sarah specialized in account direction and lead several agency account and business development teams. Throughout her career, Sarah has made it a priority to stay abreast of the latest Web tools and advances, brand strategies, and marketing tactics to keep her clients on the leading edge of effective strategies both online and offline.

As a seasoned marketing professional, Sarah has worked with regional and national clients in the industries of healthcare, events, travel and tourism, and manufacturing. Some of her current and past clients include Renown Health, Floss Dental Boutique, Janiga MDs, Northern Nevada Chiropractic, Active Sports Medicine, Porter Wellness, Union Square San Francisco, Creative Coverings and HM Holloway’s group of companies.

Sarah has a BA in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising from the University of Nevada, Reno. She was named Rising Star of the Year for Creative Services by NCET in 2014, and has repeatedly received the nomination for Reno’s 20 Under 40. Sarah also is a past chair of the Reno Phil’s Pops on the River, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Discovery Museum.
