Account Director

At KPS3, our account directors are expected to be a master at three things:

  1. Strategy – Leading and developing strategies for clients
  2. Account Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients and the internal team
  3. Project Management – Effectively managing timelines and budgets

Account Directors should be a bright, communicative, curious, and driven team-player who loves strategy, analytics, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with the entire team to serve and support clients and will take the lead on developing marketing plans and creative/strategic briefs.

Our account directors must be able to understand their clients’ needs, business objectives, and trends in order to create an effective strategy. Additionally, they must manage each task and project efficiently and ensure the successful completion of projects to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget. Lastly, account directors are the face of KPS3 and represent the quality and breadth of services we provide. While various specialists are pulled in to support the client, ultimately the account director is the lead on the account.

We are seeking an account director with experience and chops in:

  • Marketing strategy
  • Managing and maintaining traditional and digital marketing programs
  • Project management
  • Managing website development
  • Working with a team of specialists (designers, developers, PR specialists, search specialists, etc.)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Solid communication skills
  • Maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Timeline and budget management

Gotta have:
