Lindsey Dal Porto, Keynote Speaker

Lindsey is a California transplant to Reno, and she is the founder of Forza Talent Partners, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in the placement of sales, engineering and marketing professionals for the Reno startup ecosystem. Prior to founding FTP, Lindsey was the head of talent at Bombora here in Reno and helped to scale the team locally, in SF and NYC. She has also worked for a variety of startups in San Francisco. She is a passionate, people-curious recruiter who loves connecting people to their dream job, building world-class organizations, and helping to grow and expose the amazing Reno entrepreneur landscape. Lindsey graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Political Science and Italian and was a member of the Cal Dance Team and Cal Triathlon team. She is very involved with EDAWN as a Board of Director, and coaches for Girls on the Run Foundation.
