Art Slaves Postcard The Advertising Association of Northern Nevada (A2N2) Art Slaves 2009 Show and Sale will be held July 1-31, 2009 at The Amendment 21  (425 South Virginia Street) in downtown Reno. The Advertising Association of Northern Nevada Art Slaves 2009 Show and Sale is a group exhibition featuring fine art, music and written word created by communication professionals from the Truckee Meadows. It is a true, “anything goes” kind of show–painting, sculpture, mixed medium, ceramics, photography, music, audio/video, written word, performance art: traditional, experimental and the unheard of. We encourage people working in all mediums to participate. Commission from the sale of the art will go towards funding the journalism scholarship program at UNR. A “Masquerade” themed artist reception will be held on Thursday July 9th from 5pm to 10pm There will also be a closing night event on Thursday July 30th from 5pm to 9pm.
