The Ace Awards is an annual event hosted by the Reno-Tahoe American Marketing Association (AMA). The goal of the Ace Awards is to recognize and acknowledge marketing excellence within our community. Over the years, the Reno-Tahoe AMA has worked to make the Ace Awards nomination process open to businesses of all industries and sizes, including but not limited to small businesses, agencies, non-profits, and corporate operations.

Location: Aces Ballpark at the Freight House District
Doors Open: 6:00 pm
Award Presentation: 7:00 pm
* Ticket includes a drink ticket and gourmet hot dog dinner

Selection Process

We ask the Reno/Tahoe community to help crowdsource great examples of local marketing across 11 categories! The success of this event is 100% reliant on community involvement and support.

You helped us make this our best year yet! After reaching out to all of the nominees and collecting additional detail about each of the nominated marketing initiatives, the Reno-Tahoe AMA board will vote to narrow down the total number of finalists to 36 entries across 12 categories.

The judging committee for this year’s event will not only be the Reno AMA Board members, but also our sister AMA chapter in Charleston, South Carolina. The judging process offers AMA members the unique opportunity to learn more about some of the area’s best examples of marketing, what made them effective, and why.
