Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Marketing Manager,  supports a wide range of marketing activities. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, excellent organization and communication skills, the ability to work within tight deadlines and is comfortable working independently. Successful candidates are also innovative, energetic, and highly creative; they demand nothing less than the best and possess excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills. What You Will Do

  • Marketing
  • Supports marketing department in all areas
  • Contributes toward the development of ideas, concepts and campaigns
  • Coordinates print requests for promotional materials and advertising needs
  • Effectively coordinate the development, design, approval, production and distribution of marketing materials in partnership with marketing department
  • Prepares marketing reports related to campaign performance, industry reporting and others, as needed and required
  • Ensures department compliance with established branding standard policies and procedures
  • Helps set up and improve workflow processes when and where needed
  • Performs quality control producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Monitors and tracks production of projects to ensure proper and timely completion
  • Trade shows, Events & Expos
  • Coordinates sponsorship, advertising, marketing and thought leadership requests related to trade shows
  • Support development of marketing and promotional materials for trade shows
  • Branding
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of branded merchandise and materials
  • Tracks and accounts for all branded item quantities (in stock and replacement), order fulfillment, order process and internal department request management, shipping and delivery
  • Oversees stock for all company brand identity materials, including business cards, stationery and other items as needed
  • Communications
  • Jostle Library management, including Jostle article posting, as needed
  • Provides support to sales through thematic monthly list builds for leads and campaign coordination
  • Maintains files on product content, such as data sheets, presentations and other collateral
