  • Build and manage, over time, a cross-functional marketing team that manages brand, product marketing, content marketing, social media, and digital acquisition, leveraging CRM and other ‘growth’ strategies

  • You have already scaled a community, and have 5-7 years experience in consumer internet-related marketing and monetization
  • You have driven growth and commercialized product by getting your hands dirty, making decisions, and learning as you go, being highly adaptable to data driven-based, agile decision making
  • Harness an explosive growth mindset. You believe that anything is possible– we just need to figure it out
  • Fantastic analytical skills: you love KPIs, metrics and success drivers
  • Builder-mentality: You have proven how to set up things from scratch – new projects, new teams
  • Very strong ability to quickly analyze and judge data and business processes; strong project management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and social competencies that are far above the average; great interpersonal, and exceptional negotiating skills
  • Self-starting, able and need to work independently under minimal direction
  • Even though you are a great and experienced Leader, you haven´t lost your “hands on” and “player-coach” mentality; we value doers over managers; lead by example
  • Startup experience in pre and post series A stage is helpful so you understand what you are getting yourself into
