Account Manager

KPS3 is currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team of marketing strategists, developers, creatives, and analytics junkies.

At KPS3, our Account Managers are expected to be a master at two things:

  1. Account Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients and the internal team
  2. Project Management – Effectively managing timelines and budgets

Account Managers should be communicative, curious, and a driven team-player who loves strategy, analytics, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with the entire team to serve and support clients and will take the lead on developing marketing plans and creative/strategic briefs.

Our Account Managers must be able to manage each task and project efficiently and ensure the successful completion of projects to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget. Lastly, Account Managers are the face of KPS3 and represent the quality and breadth of services we provide. While various specialists are pulled in to support the client, ultimately the Account Director is the lead on the account.

We are seeking an Account Manager with experience and chops in:

  • Project management
  • Managing and maintaining traditional and digital marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy
  • Managing website development
  • Working with a team of specialists (designers, developers, PR specialists, search specialists, etc.)
  • Solid writing and communication skills
  • Maintaining accuracy, and quality
  • Timeline and budget management

Gotta have:

  • Agency experience
  • Project management skills
  • A knack for finding solutions
  • Ability to keep the internal team and our clients and making all parties happy
  • Understanding of digital marketing and media
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to quality work
  • An ability to anticipate clients’ and teams’ wants and needs before they even ask

Major Pluses:

  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Interest in strategy and researching trends
  • Managing and executing media plans
  • WordPress knowledge
  • Know the difference between SEO and SEM
